OFFICIAL EUROHAX U-21 2013 RULES

16 national teams, 4 groups, 4 teams in each group, 1st and 2nd in each group advance to the knockout stage.

How to Register your National Team?

But attention! Only the captain and sub-captain can add and remove players from the national team! When you creat the post you need to write like the following example:

Portugal

Team-Manager: Coca-Cola

Sub-capitain: Tiagocm

Line-Up:

All players will be validated only if they have forum account and only if they have been added to the initial post by an administrator.

Notice: Once the tournament starts, you can not add new players to the team

Size of team:

Minimum number of players -6- , Maximum number of players -12-

Game settings (Group Stage)

Duration: 20 minutes, 10 minutes in red and other 10 minutes in blue
Score limit: None
Time limit: 10:00, goals at the minute 10:00 count
Stadium: Big Easy 4v4

Game settings (Final Stage)

Duration: 20 minutes, 10 minutes in red and other 10 minutes in blue
Score Limit: None:
Time limit: 10:00, goals at the minute 10:00 count

Notice: In case of draw after the regular playing time, the "golden goal" rule applies. The teams change sides again, the score limit is set to -1- and the time limit to -5-.
If no goal was scored within these 5 minutes, the teams change sides again and 5 more minutes will be played as long as the golden goal was scored.

Group stage positioning

Win: 3 Points
Draw: 1 Point
Loss: 0 Points

In case of the same amount of points :

the direct comparison (head to head) is 1 method to decide who passes.
the goal difference is 2nd
the amount of scored goals is 3rd

Wildcards:

You can postpone games in this competition if necessary, but only if necessary! To postpone a game you should do it in the right topic,in this case, on the topic with the following name: Wildcards/Wilcards for this match.

Number of wilcards available per round (Group Stage, Final Stage):

Group Stage: you have 2 wildcards at this stage that you can use.
Final Stage: you can use 2 wildcards at this stage.

Notice: In order to postpone the match, you have to following this rules:

1. The Wildcard is only valid if it has not exceeded the number of wilcards to use in this phase.
2. The Wildcard is only valid if you post it in this topic: Wilcards/Wilcards,you have to post it, two hours before the game.
3. The Wilcard is only valid if there is a suggestion for a new date and time.

Game Process:

Players:

All players must be there at the game time. everyone has to use the nickname with which they are register in they the national team topic.

Notice: If a player of the national team use an incorrect nickname or if the player is not register, the team in question loses by forfeit.

Teams:

if a team does not appear at time, this team has 10 minutes to attend! If they dont appear they lose by now show!

Substitutions:

Teams are allowed to substitute players at half time or after a goal. There is no limit of substitutions.

Host:

All games must be played in a neutral host. Before the teams start playing, they should first test the host for not have suprises for example: spikes.

Notice: The teams can only start playing if all players are able to play.

Introduction of the result:

After you conclude the game, you should post the result in this topic: Result of this Match.
When you post the result, you must follow the following rules:
1. Enter the result, example: Portugal U-21 2-2 Russia U-21.
2. recording of the match (haxballtube.com link).
3. You need to introduce who scored the goal and who assisted with the respective minutes.
4. if there was lag, insults, etc., post it too.

Changes in the Rules

If situations during the running league business necessitate a change of the rules, it can be realized with a majority decision in the staff team of the EuroHax U-21. Changes in the rules apply when they are announced in the forum.
